1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms.

In these terms, “I.S.C”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to I.S.C and its related business operations.

2. Website information

The information on this website is provided for general information only. While we aim to keep website information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free or suitable for every project or circumstance.

Images, case studies, service descriptions and examples are provided to show the type of work I.S.C can support. Actual project scope, specifications, materials, pricing, timing and deliverables will depend on the agreed quote, brief or contract.

3. Quotes and project enquiries

Submitting an enquiry, quote request, brief or artwork through the website does not create a binding agreement by itself.

A project will only proceed when I.S.C accepts the work and the relevant quote, proposal, purchase order, project terms or agreement has been confirmed.

Any estimate, timeframe or budget discussed before formal confirmation is indicative only unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

4. Project-specific terms

Some projects may be subject to additional terms, including quote terms, payment terms, production requirements, artwork approval requirements, installation conditions, freight terms, site access requirements and supplier conditions.

Where project-specific terms apply, those terms will operate in addition to these website Terms & Conditions. If there is an inconsistency, the project-specific terms will apply to the extent of that inconsistency.

5. Customer-supplied materials and artwork

If you provide logos, artwork, images, files, copy, brand assets, plans, drawings, project information or other materials, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide and use those materials.

You grant I.S.C permission to use those materials for the purpose of reviewing, quoting, producing, delivering, installing and managing the relevant project.

You are responsible for checking and approving artwork, spelling, colours, dimensions, quantities, specifications and project details before production where approval is requested.

7. Portfolio and case study use
